We went to Rode Hall to see the snowdrop walk there on Saturday but were a bit disappointed as not that many were actually out yet, I think they're a bit late around here this year, but we'll probably go back in a few weeks as I get free entry with the RHS. On the Sunday we went into Manchester & they have a lovely display outside & in the entrance hall of the City Art Gallery of snowdrops to commemorate the First World War. It's in conjunction with the National Trust & they even had white enamel mugs planted up with snowdrops on the tables inside, the snowdrops are going to be planted out in a local park afterwards.

One of my neighbours had them flowering in her garden before Christmas. Mine were barely through the surface at that time, and are really only just starting coming into flower now.
