No, I wouldn't, sweetpea. A burn from boiling jam can be rather painful. How are you boys today? @ Sue.... I can't find the recipe threads. Can you send me the link, please?[/quote] dianthus if you click 'Home' on the top blue band, then scroll down to the bottom of the page 'Off Topic' you will see 'Recipes'

Well, the photo attachment attempt, didn't work, so looks like I need to read the site's smallprint for clues he he I'm still trying to work out the attachment upload procedure.
I abandoned trying to upload the two 300Kb photos after five minutes of watching the blue line rotate. How long should it take and what does the dialogue box look like when it has completed the download and one can click on the 'done' button?

dianthus, have you looked on the 'Home Page' under 'Forum Help' in the 'How to' section? There is information there on how to upload photos to the forum by both Tinypic and Photobucket.

You never know. You may be lucky, as London area hasn't has long, frosted spells this winter.
Let's hope you are lucky.
I'm wondering how many of my orchid 'weeds' will grow this year. A surprise crop of nine grew last year, and they are so much prettier than groundsel and dandelion!

I can't believe it, as a certain V Meldrew used to say, but in the space of 10 weeks, I've become a Top Member
I thought one had to have posted at least a thousand times to get that honour.
Now I really must sort out posting photos..... but mud and canes all look a bit boring at the mo.

Dad 'morphed' into Victor, when he was wearing his gardening hat. The rest of the family thought it was hilarious when some kids started watching Dad in the front garden, and started mimicking the actor.

Hi there Dianthus - good to see another Vegetable grower here. I'm not from Wales. However, with my current greenhouse/polytgunnel, I AM becoming an expert on Leaks !

Do you live in one of the wetter parts of the country? My fern pot hasn't unfurled yet.
I don't have any photo in a 'cloud' system, so not quite as simple for me.
