First time back at the PC in a while. Was at the allotment doing a bit and ended up doing my back in. Have hardly been able to move for the the last week or so. Got some pain killers which do nothing so just have to bear up until it heals. Takes me over an hour sometimes just to get out of bed though it is a little easier today. Absolutely nothing done in garden or anywhere. Couldn't even get up to the doc's as I cant drive or even get in a car. Anyway speak to you all soon when feeling fitter.

You need your backside kicking SP.
Next time you can get to the doctors, ask him to prescribe you Eccoxolac, they will help.

It looks good SP, looking forward to seeing photos as you go along, and later on some lovely sweetpeas I only intend to grow sweetpeas bush fashion to begin with and maybe next year get back in to showing. At least this way I will be able to build up a supply of seeds. ps I wonder how many of you know that if you store your sweetpea seeds in the freezer they will still be viable for 30 years or more. This has in fact been tried by experiment. Not by me though, I doubt I've got 30 years left I'd better get a new freezer SP, Glad to hear you're up and running again. It sounds like a perfect site.

Thanks all and yes WF I do Did try too much too soon while not 100% fit yet. Just got out the bath which wasn't easy but it does help. Anyway as soon as I can drive I will be getting my lads to help with the plot. Stuff to plant like spuds, onionsets and shallots. The seeds can wait a while yet. At least we aren't going through what Japan is suffering atm. Nature can be very cruel at times.

It's never a good time to have a bad back SP but Spring! hope the Lads will help out, is it a 'disc' problem? Once I rang the Doc from bed saying that I couldn't move at all. He said "don't worry, you won't break anything" Some say keep moving ! others say rest. It's confusing but maybe WF's stuff will help. I really feel for you and wish you a speedy recovery.

Sorry about your back SP. Getting over it is a slow process, but it does make you more careful.
