I need advice for my front pathway which leads into my neighbors side as she keeps rubbish bags which have been out there a month and the leaves from the hedge never get swept up and its an eyesore I need something to devide us not very tall but high enough so I don't see her bags which im sure will attract vermin

Sorry don't have a camera the pathway or frontage is in front of our terraced houses about 3 feet wide and eight feet long we have a hedge in front of the houses which is boxed in I thought about a peace of wood to devide the houses and wondered what other people ideas were

If the neighbour is leaving bags of rubbish on the path and there is a risk of vermin being attracted to them. I would be inclined to notify the councils Enviromental Health department.

I swept the front today as I was fed up seeing all the leaves collecting round the bags my neighbor never spoke to me as she couldn't get indoors quick enough her husband said hello

My neighbor has removed the bags now at last so the front looks nice as well as my garden
