Daves choice is a Dahlia a couple of prominent dahlia growers were showing as a miniature ball and a miniature dec it was classified (they tell me wrongly) ha ha and low and behold it was changed to a miniature ball and wee were instructed to ignor the classified s a dec and it was now a ball. But I have to agree with Steve it is very very decorative it's one of those that drives us mad (and Moonlights dad mad) as I said to Robh in an earlier Pm the plants are very different Brenda T is quite a strong grower were as Daves Choice is quite a smaller plant the stems can be quite week but I have seen some good vases of it. Brenda T stands the weather tends to have quite a larger petal for a small but again can have good form and can get quite near to the ring if needed ( can look a bit clumsy at that size) just grow more up looks better a little smaller and them tends to have better form, it's a good one if you struggle for covering.

Eight as Tel says it's ok at that. Tel Daves Choice does indeed look more a dec than a ball, but let's not have that debate all over again. Ha ha
