Had a few with a big lump of vanilla ice cream. How do you manage to take your pet slug for a walk then?

I have been eating mine for ages, so has my daughter and her fiancé, but they don't make it to the house. They will tomorrow because there are quite a lot now. Raspberries are being eaten before making it to the kitchen too.

My strawberries are still green but we did have the first mini cucumber along with some more radishes & salad leaves last night.

Picked 8 Strawberries this morning, not many I know but the OH is allergic to them, so I have the 8 to myself.

Windowboxes are great for strawberries grindle , and the slugs don`t get them . I`ve seen pictures of lovely strawberries grown in guttering fixed along a fence , might try that myself next year.
