Rosie's chocolate cake is one of my absolute favourites but last month another recipe tempted me I made the basic chocolate cake then filled and topped it with fresh cream with a couple of spoonfuls of toffee sauce whisked together and toffee sauce drizzled over the cream in the middle - it was yummy A cake for sharing!!!! That is exactly what I needed for the grandchildren earlier this week. I think it is better than the chocolate cake I made.
