Any volunteers to help me test out a proposed new forum 'game' ? If so, please register with Worlds Biggest Chat , and then PM me with your username. (but not password, obviously). My purpose is for the volunteers to agree to meet me at pre-arranged times on the Chat, and test out a "quiz show". If it works, we will hope to invite other forum members to join us. |

It seems that the above post may seem a bit creepy to some people, or even like some sort of internet hoax, so permit me to explain. Apparanly, there used to be online "Quiz Nights" in the predecessor to this forum. I've played these sort of games before - even been the quizmaster - and it is LOTS of fun. It requires some sort of "real-time" chat room (something along the style of Skype, or IRC) Sadly, this forum does not have a Chat Room extension. So... I was hoping for three or four good Gardeners and True, to help me evaluate some external chat rooms as potential candidates to run our Quizes on. Ideally gardeners who have never used a chat before, so as to give me a 'baseline' and unbiased evaluation on things like 'useability' and hence 'suitability'. It would initially involve creating an account, and agreeing to "meet" in the chat room at specific times, and to perhaps run a 'test quiz' or two. I'd be REALLY grateful for any help. I can't do this on my own  |

My computer is going to be formatted sometime this week and then I will have to try and reinstall stuff so may be offline for a while depending on how long the work takes and if the PC is restored to its former 'glory'
