i have aslight problem i have lifted and stored my tubers but my problem is there is loads of shoots comeing from them its a bit early for me to pot them on any ideas what i should do as i normaly store them till jan the first my greenhouse is bubble wrapped but i have no heat on yet

Rob don't worry try to get them a little cooler if possible don't remove the shot just yet if they continue to develop jus keep cutting them back, but keeping the cooler should help. It has been really mild indeed, mine are still in the ground. You will be fine try just to cover them with fleece instead of the bubble wrap, it's good for 4-5 degree of frost then a fan set at frost free should be used as a bit of an insurance. Ian

Cheers ian I have them covered with fleas the green house is double glazed and bubblewrapped never dropped below zero at all last year I will be starting to repot them in the next week or2ready to move to the heated greenhouse in Jan
