My daughter-in-law took the children to see the poppies in London and she said it was one of the most awe inspiring displays she has ever seen, many of the folk there were in tears just looking at it realising every poppy was a life lost.

That's a beautiful memorial. Must be amazing when the sun is fully out. My brother's family also went to see the Poppies at the tower, I think it was a very... reverent atmosphere. I wish I could have seen them too.
