Its a truism that the older you get the more you see and hear of people passing on.
To be honest I was more upset over one of our cats dying than I ever will be over any rock star no matter how well known.

Thats understandable sweetpea, but you know how I would feel if anyone from REM popped their clogs. If someone or something, however distant, has been part of your life then for a long time then you would miss it/them. It would be a fantastic gig Lou78W  |

If I remember corectly I bought his first record as an unknown "ground control to major tong " ( or somthing like that ) It didn`t even get into the charts at the time but I knew he was fabulous then. He rereleased it years later when he was famous and it was a big hit.
