I can't help on the survey front KC but, what about selling some of your plants at either a boot sale or maybe at your local shop you could put a table outside to sell them might bring in more customers into the local shop, or just advertise plants seeds etc in your local shop! Or depending on your typing skills you could draft letters etc on a temp basis for other private companies, have you ever thought of being a rep for Avon or something along those lines? Hope you find something soon

Avon rep I don't think would be my thing. It needs to be from home primarily. Definitely plants is something I'm considering. Growing and selling on from seeds or cuttings etc. It will take time though more than anything. Thanks daisy appreciate your help

I`ve done surveys for a few years now. If you are prepared to put in an 8 hour day you can make some decent money. I don`t spend so much time with them now, but still complete 3 or 4 short ones a day.

Beware of the ones that require you to put money down 'up front' in order to be considered for the work !

I've never heard of surveys online - it's usually people standing in the high st.

Some offer cash, others offer high street vouchers. If you are prepared to put in the time it can be quite lucrative.

I've worked from home for just over 15 years now - I started it because hubster was serving in the RAF and I got just a little bored with having to keep applying to new jobs in each posting - also not easy to get back to a 'level' as one ages and the smart youngsters are coming up behind you. My work is admin-based - sounds boring but truly isn't - well, I don't find it so. Have a look at my (very basic) website, it may spark some ideas for you. www.suziewarren.com

very good testimonials there Pixie . The bribes helped You're very highly thought of piskie - and all those different things you do - clever lady I live in fear of being found out as a fraud. But seriously, I totally love my work, I can be in London one minute and Australia the next - never a dull moment. And I have the added bonus in this new house of my office over-looking my garden

I'm not entirely sure I understand what you do piskie, I do know that I wouldn't be any good at it though! You must be a very well organised person.
