I put my lovely white azalea which was in a pot in the ground with ericasous soil watered it well now it looks as though its dying what shall i do

It should pick up eventually joysie21 its most likely the shock of it being moved

I agree with daisy joysie21, it may just need more watering as it's been so dry recently & perhaps a feed. Azaleas start to look a bit tatty after flowering around now so it may recover in time.

What you have to remember joysie is that the plant will be making new roots, so, when this happens topgrowth can look a bit sad. I wouldn`t feed just yet as the plant sends out the new roots to find the nutrients it needs. Make sure the soil around it is kept moist but not too wet.
