Azaleas start to look a bit tatty after flowering around now so it may recover in time.

What you have to remember joysie is that the plant will be making new roots, so, when this happens topgrowth can look a bit sad. I wouldn`t feed just yet as the plant sends out the new roots to find the nutrients it needs. Make sure the soil around it is kept moist but not too wet.
