Thanks, I'm not big on celebrating my own birthday really but we did have a good day at the plant fair & I had a celebratory ice cream milkshake at Samlesbury Hall. My neighbour from our old house came round the day before & brought me some chocs., a scarf & some Garden Centre vouchers - he knows me well!

I'm thinking of putting a nice polytunnel on the lawn there where the stalls were Roofy with some black & white shade blinds to blend in!

The vouchers are burning a hole in my pocket peony!

I may have seen the house you mean dianthus , I remember going to Biddulph Grange years ago to see the gardens.
