Hear hear, Eli
My rebrobates are teenagers and they should know better. They just think everyone else is their servant, clearing up after them. A spell in borstal would do a lot of them a favour, to transition them to responsibility.

What they don't realise is that when the Council send out their workers to clear up, they have to be paid out of our Council tax - and the litter louts' Council tax, too! I wish they could be tracked down and prosecuted.

It's so wrong that a few individuals can ruin the environment for so many residents. I think my set of oiks are also putting washing up liquid in the river, to watch the bubbles!!! GGGRRRRR!! A couple of times, recently, I have seen the water looking very scummy by the bridge en route to the bus stop.
I've not seen the kingfisher this year, and the heron only a few weeks ago, which makes me wonder if they have killed off the fish? The heron will hunt elsewhere, but the kingfisher brood will probably perish.... so sad.

Ah yes we get fly tipping here too, on the hills. What I don't understand is that it's easier and nearer to take the rubbish to the recycling place than up the top of a mountain, so why do they do it ! They must be thick and they obviously don't care about the environment. I hope you'll see the Kingfishers soon dianthus I also wish they could catch them.
