It's called an ash vacuum cleaner, and it's meant to hoover up ash from a barbecue (but I haven't got one of those - can't be bothered with them)
I bought it because I thought it would help me clean up the paths and floors of my perspex shelters,
which it does very well
It's about the size of a watering can so is easy to carry.
Before :-
After :-
It swallows little stones, bits of leaves etc and it saves me sweeping

I have just looked it up on Amazon, actually. At £24 delivered it's a bargain, I am seriously considering it. My concrete terraces and steps are a pain to brush up. Thanks for the recommendation, Eli, i'd've never thought of it

Thanks for the recommendation, Eli, i'd've never thought of it The 'hose' is a bit short but that's the only fault with it. It doesn't clear leaves and fallen flowers. They tend to clog the hose. It can easily be uncloged with a bean stick It's good for debris, little stones and bits of dry leaves and twigs.
