Here we go again is right, Lou Did you read some of the comments posted by the public ? One lady from California posted about her passiflora. On another forum there was a hot debate about what was invasive (and where) and an american posted a very angry comment - telling us forumites that we should be ashamed of ourselves for planting lathyrus grandiflorus and the like ..... how very very badly invasive it was ..... She clearly wasn't educated in the climates and geography of countries outside her own - and the fact that they have an enormous impact on a plants habit I think i pointed that out to her

I've never seen the pirri-pirri shrub but there are lots of Robinia trees in this area.

Question, I have some Burning bush seeds just found out they are illegal in America but are they likely to spread/be invasive here? I need to decide what to do with them. The idea is to have them as a hedge like below cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=320629279413Good or bad idea .

Don't know much about them Floydie, but if it says they are invasive, I'd avoid them. America must have banned them for that reason.

Floydie, there is no description there and the seeds seem quite expensive. Have a look at a seed company like Chiltern Seeds where you get a better choice and probably more seeds.
