I've decided to use my desktop computer now, because the laptop is giving me problems ... (I find it heavy and I also get a feeling of nausea after looking at it for a while)
I have tried to log on to Garden Friends on my desktop, but it doesn't work. I keep getting messages I don't understand, about being 'linked' ... ?? I don't know what it means.
There doesn't seem to be a 'contact us' button which would get me to whoever owns the site, so I wonder if someone can tell me how to log on please.

Is it possible that you were still logged on the forum on your laptop Eli ? It could be that it won't let you log on using 2 computers at the same time?

Thank you all.
I'll get the full message from my computer roofgardener
I'll try the link daitheplant but I'll have to write it down and take it to my computer
Maybe that's true SueA I'll try loging off here and then logging on on my computer.
I'll have to do it all tomorrow. It's late now.

It is true that if I have been using my iPad, I have to log in to the site with passwords etc if I want to use my laptop. I hope you can sort it out, Eli.

I can use this forum on several computers at once, but they do all require you to log in again. I'd try 'Clearing' your 'History' and 'Cookies,' Eli. There'll be a drop-down menu at the top of your browser with options to do it. It cleans your internet up, so to speak (Unless you have a program like CCleaner on your computer, that's a quicker way to do it.)

I'd strongly recommend that we await the specific error message before Eli runs any modifications ? This reference to "Linking...." makes me suspicious.

Thank you all for your help. I haven't been on the site for a few days so haven't done anything about it yet. I'm looking on my laptop now.
