well plans are going ahead for my home built greenhouse and i just ordered a heated propagator and some reaper seeds starting to clear the garden now and plan raised beds new viid will be up soon

I'm crossing my fingers for you.. and hope it all works out. You obviously have a mountain to climb... but you've already gone past Base Camp, and seem to be accelerating.
