What lovely Astrantia, grindle . I bought a little pot today, can you recommend where to plant them to get them looking as good as that - I mean sun/shade/damp/dry? The little label with them isn't very helpful, and the staff at the GC didn't know either... so I just bought it hoping I could find somewhere to put it.

The 'Hot Chocolate' rose has just started to flower - first one slightly chewed . Lovely big white water lily open now in the pond.

My little front garden faces east and gets early sunshine, from about 6.30 a.m. until 1 p.m. It can get very hot there on a summer's morning. I put pots along the wall for Beryl to see when we go out, because she can't go down the garden now.
I had this beautiful cactus flower ... Thelocactus bicolor :-

Photobucket have removed the link to your pics. grindle, think they are starting to charge as they want people to 'upgrade' their accounts, Geumlover has mentioned it as he has his photos on there & Photobucket won't allow them to be posted on third party sites free anymore. Tinypic seems to be free still for now. Love your roses @willow & that daylily 'Entrapment' is gorgeous.
