kent no covers championship win Plot coming into full flower Normandie frills just missed them for wisley by 2 days . Only grew 2 plants . Growing more next year

Kent mini show hapet diane and lemon elegans Third in the two vase class 2 points behind dave spencer and 1 point behind darren everest oakwood goldcrest Cherwell goldcrest Was nice to put up some decent goldcrests have struggles last 2 years but getting them better . Lemon elegans new for me . Best single bloom with polventon kristobal . One i will be growing much better next year . Needs good tight ties . cutting for show

Some other pictures Essex mini show first ssc with ryecroft zoe Third ssc with greenways . Put in 5 entries . happy with the ryecroft . Was not good for wisley . Ryecroft helen one i will grow again. Oakwood goldcrest would be happy with 5 of them . Just slightly dodgey at the front .

I Have recently planted over 20 Dahlias many new and a few oldies.
When they flower will be big decision time what to keep and what to bin. As our winter is no where what you have in the UK ours are left in the ground for several years. This year I had to completely rebuild the area.

Won't be long now, JJ. Off to Portugal on the 10th so the switch will be flicked soon after I get back .
