Is there a way that I can get the letters in people's comments to show up in bold print ? I have difficulty reading the thin letters. I belong to another forum where this is possible, even though the members type in thin letters, and I find it easier to read the comments.
Thank you

I'm not sure how Eli, steve might know though. Click on 'Quote' and then highlight what you want to read as I have just done here with Sue's reply.

Thanks. That's a bit of a rigmarole though ... I belong to another forum with a layout very much like this one, and there's an option in the profile settings that allows you to see all the letters in bold print, without having to do anything to them. I suppose I'll have to persevere with it but I find the thin letters difficult to read. Thank you for your help
PS I've tried enlarging the print size but it also enlarges the photos and everything else and then they are too big for the screen. And also I have to put it back every time I look at another forum ... it's a nuisance.

If you are using Firefox then go to Add ons and download No squint Plus. That allows you to change just the text size on any site and remember that setting for you. Cannot get it to Bold text though sorry.

I also have a nuisance problem with another proboards site. on this one and another I use you can post a pic just by clicking on ' insert image ' and selecting but on the site I mean that doesn't happen and I'v still not figured it out. ps tiny pic has gone pearshaped for me as when you post the link it seems to put whatever was last on your clipboard and not the pic. oh well, nothing like computer problems to waste our time eh!

Thank you Geumlover I haven't got Firefox. Maybe I could get it.
Sorry to hear that sweetpea Tinypic works all right for me. Isn't there something else you could use instead.

Which Browser do you use Eli? I think Most of them allow Add ons. I use imgur.com for photos. Seems to be very good.

Eli , if you press the 'Ctrl' button on your keyboard at the same time as the + or - key, you can make what you are viewing bigger or smaller right away. So you can go 'up' for text and 'down' again for pictures, within seconds.
I find it handy as I have a massive screen and can't always see what's on it if it's small! Not bolder, though, sorry...

Thank you Bess I just tried that but it only makes them smaller. When I press ctrl and - they get smaller but wen I press + they stay the same size. I have the zoom on 125% anyway so perhaps they won't get any bigger unless I do it manually.

Oh that's a shame Eli. I guess it all depends on what type of screen and system you're running anyway.
I gave up using Tinypic some time ago, because of the issues. I now use ImgBB and get on very well with it, it's pretty straightforward - if anyone else is looking for a Tinypic alternative.
