Filled mine in too all except details of one of the boys currently living with us. I don't think even he knows what his last job was as he travels around so much, or at least he did until finding the easy life here. I did wonder whether to become another Jedi but thought better not. It is a very intrusive form though so I can understand people taking liberties when filling it in.

Mine will most likely get lost by the official filling in date. I fact where did i put it..... . I dislike the big brother thing too. Who we are were we live etc etc is our business . Folk have been saying this since the Domesday book was compiled! ;D I must say, though, that I am researching my family history and have found the on-line census returns very useful and interesting. I am currently reading through the 1841 census of the village where I grew up and it make fascinating reading. So remember, your descendants may one day be researching you on this census. ;D I agree cowslip I have found out loads about my family history using the censuses

When the Historical Society were researching the history of our house, they used Census returns extensively to find out who lived here and when!

Ahem....I think the point is that the forms areall filled in on or after 27 March, stating who was at your house on 27th. Having said that...I won't even be in the country on that day...so I will have to find out what to do in that instance...
