I'm not sure if anyone sells individual slats joysie21 but what you could do if your panels are all the same size is maybe buy one new panel & get someone to break up the old panel that it replaces & use the best of the old slats from that to patch up the worst bits on the others? Sometimes people advertise fence panels free on websites when they've had new fences put up but you usually have to collect them so you would need someone with a van to pick them up. Other than that you could put some cheap expanding trellis over the holes & grow climbers up it or maybe your neighbours might go halves with you for some panels if you ask them.
