At my great old age, we are divorcing Louise. It will be 3 years now as it is taking a long time. However, I couldn’t take the heat as I lived in a beautiful flat at Moira’s holiday rental paradise on Magnetic Island in the north. Now I live in Downham Market in Norfolk. I do like Norfolk. Moira visits often and I have already had her to stay.

yahoo! So good to have you back Cora. I'll have to pop down for another hug sorry to hear about the puss. we have had gains and losses here too. life I suppose. Trying to think when I saw you last reckon it must have been around October 2008? Fancy doing the old quiz again? Bit of a laugh that on a Thursday night as some of us here will remember. Take it easy in the garden and enjoy. What is this quiz to which you allude ?

We used it on a Thursday night to have a 'Quiz' I use the term loosely as it tended to degenerate into mayhem. it was hosted by Louise and a good few of us took part with usually a different name although it wasn't difficult to work out who was who. So now you know or do you?

Not sure how that works being a technophobe and anyway it would rather depend on whether Louise would be up for it or if not then if someone else would run it. Send a pm to Louise and ask her.

Hi Sweetpea (and thank you for the birthday message ) I would love to carry on the quizzes, but, I just don't have the time these days, my working life is busier than ever before and I couldn't commit any more. They were great fun though, the best laughs of the week

Another shot of one of my faves, Starburst Chiffon. Unlike my last garden, all of my Hibiscus plants here are self seeding ….. all over the place !!! Does anyone else grow them and experience this ?

Really Eli ? Does anyone elses Hibiscus do it ? They/re everywhere, including in some pots that 3 others are in and I spotted 1 in a pot that a Lavatera is in ! I'm intrigued to see what becomes of them, i'm going to take some and pot them up but leave most in the ground where they are.
