I have had this for years but not getting proper use out of it as it doesn't seem to run at full power so I was wondering if anyone might have an idea of how to get round the problem other than replace it. The machine is a good starter but just not up to the job. Cheers.

Get the broom out sweetpea! Very good exercise for your upper body . Moira has one for the holiday units and I hate the noise it makes. It has a motor and is a large one, but I don’t know the brand.

It also gives a light scarifying to the grass but doesn't do a lot for my back I rake up the leaves into a line and then go over with the lawnmower which shreds them up nicely.

I was sure you would tell me off for being so cheeky sweetpea. I did not consider your back so there is not a lot I can say about it. It is looking like a new one is needed.
