I think called a round Robin Roofy and There is a list of people who want to join in. The idea is someone starts a parcel of seeds, usually Rosie, she posts it to the next person on the list who exchange their own packets of seed for the same number of packets from the parcel. they then post the parcel to the next person on the list and so on till it comes back to Rosie. Generally it is suggested that there should be no duplicates , opened packets or out of date seed.
