One of the cats brought a robin in and it was skittering about in the utility room and getting into the most awkward places. It seemed like it was unable to fly but very lively at ground level. Using my superior (ahem) intellect I managed to trap it and its now in a container ready to go to vets tomorrow where they have a unit specially for this sort of thing, assuming it survives overnight as it will most likely be in shock. Not much we can do unfortunately just our best.

Hope it survives sweetpea, robins are such cheeky little things it must make them easy targets sometimes.

Found an excellent place, Gower bird hospital but it is 63 miles away from us so after contacting them we found our other local vet would take it so took it there today. Not sure what the outcome will be as it is thought a wing may be broken but as I say, can only do our best.
