www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/naan-breadThat is the site and recipe I used SueAI used a large frying pan hot but dry ( they don’t stick) a couple of minutes then lifted it to see if it looked the part with the charred patches, if not left a little longer, if it did flipped it over and same on the other side, then just before finished drizzled some oil with garlic and herbs lightly over it

Gorgeous. I am definitely giving that a go. If I put coconut and raisins in it, it would be Peshwari naan. My favourite.
