I put them in 2 rows, but only one plant has begun to flower. In a few weeks time I expect them to start flowering.

This has popped up in a container which I was going to weed & plant up with a courgette, it's just full of self-seeded wild violas, Welsh poppies, grass & herb Robert but this looks like a wild orchid to me, possibly an early purple, not planted by me but very pretty!
