I have saved the main page of all the forums I belong to, in my list of 'favourites' on the computer, and when I click on the one I want I am taken to that page and there's no need to log in.

There is a box to check on the log in page, if you do this you never have to log in again unless you log out

Would help if I did not have to log in every time I visit. I don't have to log in every time, every so often I will but if you tick the box 'Remember Me' when you log in it should automatically keep you logged in on that device as far as I know as long as you don't click on anything to log out when you've finished on the forum.

Anyone can start a chat on any subject in the 'non gardening' chat section. The only problem is if they don't get posted in regularly they disappear down the pages & get forgotten. Since I've been a member I've started several new threads. Though, truth be told, I haven't started any in the "non-gardening" section, I don't think! After I posted that I had a look at the thread & I found I had created at least one, So long, Your Majesty! One has such a short memory!

geumgrower, I have to log in every single time as well. I have to do the same on every other site I post on as well! I think you are automatically logged out once you close your browser. I find it only take 2 or 3 clicks of the mouse to log in & in less the 30 seconds I'm in.

Sorry I've been away for a couple of days but I've just got a new computer with Win11 & it's taking me a few days to get things sorted out again! But I'm back in now & will start posting again in the next day or two.
