Hello, I'm Peony, I garden in Hertfordshire on stony, alkaline soil, on a slope. My garden has a lot of shade and I grow mainly perennials and shrubs, and a few annuals and veg in pots.

Hi I`m ladybird, gardening from Belfast N.I. I`m a seedaholic and love making thrifty DIY projects around the garden. How about a garden DIY section on here Steve My garden is a combination of cottage and wildlife ( that`s my excuse for the mess and the fact that last years dead annuals havn`t been cleared away yet ) It`s sloped and has heavy clay so a bit challenging. I also love my greenhouse

Hi - I'm PaddingtonBear - or PB for short (which I am!). I'm in Worcestershire and I'm a Plantaholic like most folk on here. I like anything exotic with big foliage and blowsy flowers! Can't stand fiddly plants , they have to make a statement I don't have much time to garden, unfortunately, due to work commitments, so will be popping in to the forum only when I have the time, and will probably go missing for weeks........ Anyway, I've migrated from the other forum where I was a member since September 2007.

Hello....Lou is the name, gardening is my game. Born and bred in Northumberland. Gardening is challenging here and I live right on the coast. I garden on heavy clay ...its a challenge...I'm winning...slowly I love growing dahlias...and have recently started showing them.....I like challenges. I am a volunteer gardener at The Alnwick Garden and love to talk to visitors about plants

Never I live on the Somerset coast. Got 2 gardens to play with, the front's a cottage garden and the back's lawns and shrubberies. Love garden wildlife and garden birds.
