Hello fellow knitters! I wonder if anyone can help. I am trying to sew Jemima Puddleduck together and cannot work out how the head fits on to the neck! I cant work out which way is up! Does the body seam go on the back under the shawl or on the underside? Do the extension bits of the neck go round the head in some way? Just can't work it out!!! Any advice gratefully received! Thanks

We'd also need to know how much sun your garden gets.

Hi everyone how are you? I've been looking out for a gardening forum to join for a while, as when I ask google one of my gardening questions, I tend to get so many slightly different answers I don't know which one I should use... I liked the nice clear layout of this forum so I've inflicted myself upon you. I have a little patio garden at the moment, a motley variety of tubs and bags. Up to two years ago, before I married and moved into a flat in town, I used to do what I liked with my parent's big Fen farm garden - I miss the space and having a greenhouse (sigh) but gardening in pots is sooo nice and easy in some ways. (I did a home gardening course at one point but I swear I've forgotten every useful thing I learned!) Nice to 'meet' you all - I'll be off to have a look around the forum

That sounds very cold, jardinier! I'm sure it's challenging. Welcome from me in a milder Somerset, in the SW of the UK.

Hello! I'm whisker and have just joined Garden Friends. I have a very small veggie plot at the bottom of my garden, which is mostly lawn. Also have herbaceous borders round the edges. Am looking forward to exploring this lovely forum some more and to chatting about gardening.
