Well, if you are willing to try, so am I. I'll let you know what I think too. Might try a steamed and a raw one (young leaves at least) too.

I tried the new leaves raw. They have a peppery taste and are not dis-similar to a mild parsley, they would work well in a leaf salad. I'll eat them again, free has a good taste I imagine if they were cooked they would have a similar texture to spinach. If you like spinach you should try stinging nettles, they are very similar but milder. If you have a fussy OH, lie ;D
