Sure is! Next door has it everywhere. I try to keep it under control in my garden, but it seeds itself badly.

I have Muscari latifolium, which is lovely, and behaves itself. It's M. armeniacum that's invasive. I don't know about the others in the family.

Not sure I want it now as I don't want to be pulling it up for ever, it's not as if it's easy.

I deadhead mine Merlin, then they don't seed around
