6. The owners, Proboards, Admin and Moderators can not be held libel for any posts placed by members and any posts deemed such will be removed ASAP
7. While we do not generally pre-screen submissions placed on our Online Forums, we do have the right (but not the obligation) at our sole discretion to review, edit, move or delete any material submitted to our Online Forums.
8. Garden Friends accept no responsibility for any statements, material or other submissions placed on our Online Forums by you or any third party, or for any loss or damage resulting from your breach of these Rules of Acceptable Use.

You agree to indemnify Proboards and Garden Friends and their representatives and employees from any and all claims and liabilities (including legal fees) which arise from your statements, contributions or other submissions to our Online Forums, from any unauthorised use of material obtained from our Online Forums or otherwise from your breach of our Rules of Acceptable Use.

If you object to the publication of any material placed on our Online Forums (or anywhere else on our website) please let us know by sending an appropriately worded email to us and we will take whatever action we deem appropriate.
Moderation
Generally speaking, moderators will endeavour to provide fair warning regarding behaviour that might warrant their intervention. Failure to heed warnings from the moderators is grounds of suspension of posting privileges. We do however reserve the right to remove any post when these rules are abused or policies violated, without prior notice or explanation. Repeated violations of rules may lead to your posting privileges being suspended.
Any abuse directed at the volunteer moderators in the forums or via private messages may result in an immediate suspension or ban. “Gripe” threads about any action from a moderator, including “where did my post go” posts will be removed. If you have any questions about a moderator’s action, please contact them via private message.
