I was watching this last night and the presenter chappie said that in Scotland lambs aren't here till may....Hmm i wonder what those cute wee white fluffy things are in the field next to us then?? i will take a picture tomorrow ;D.

I didn't watch it but the OH said they had devoted a good few hours of TV to lambing. When I worked on a farm it was all done and dusted in minutes, even the breached lambs, find their feet, give them a tug and hey presto.

Went to watch it last night, but they had problems...don't know how long it was off for......ended up watching something else

The field next door has hundreds of ewes and lambs, I watch the Farmer 'assist a birth' this afternoon! glad he didn't need a hand.....well not without a rubber glove! cute little things, I took some pics of the running around an oak.

It depends on the breed Rosie. The blackface on the hills near us lambed late.
