Don't think so Spent many years cruising on the Norfolk Broads with no ill effects...so I should be ok (might take some pills with me.....just in case )

Not really, it's the OH that loves them. I don't like being stuck on a boat with a load of strangers but there are a lot of positive things too.
It is fantastic to wake up in another country/port every morning.

Sounds lovely Lou, but not for me. I also wouldn't wont to be stuck on a boat all that time. Love the sea but not to be on it.

The ships are so big, there are lots of places to escape. Then you have your days ashore, don't always do the organised excursions, they can be a little too 'busy'. Watch your waist line too, you can eat 24/7 and the food is fantastic.
