I bought one this week and when i've been reading up on it i see it described as tender yet the nursery i bought it from says it's hardier than their red varieties. The plant i bought saw through minus 14 without any trouble whereas all their red ones were killed by it. I'll just have to wait and see what this winter does to it - all our plants are having to harden up a bit anyway so i'll take pot-luck with it Has anyone else got it in their garden and what are their experiences of it - i'd be interested to hear

Thanks Steve, just read it. I'm glad i bought it because i love the look of the flowers. The foliage reminds me of an olive trees foliage - the colour and form.
