Well, sadly my new neighbour over the road, Gordon has died ,,after xmas..he was the first person to greet us when we got out our car on move in day..here in Wales..i real Welsh man , r.i.p. Gordon....its now my job to get his Wife Ann a newspaper every saturday...Gordon used to take the food off me that my dad loaded me up with, pass it on to his church and the needy......so now i visited his church to see his funeral flowers and rang the vicar to pass over the food parcels..i'm feeling like i really live here now..pretty church...and Gordon has the best spot down there Sootycat. Although that is a sad story it is quite nice too. I am glad you like where you live.

CPB Thankyou for changing your avatar. It is an interesting one you have now but if that dalek had kept still, I could have got on quite well with him. Now I can concentrate on your plants and garden, so I had another look through and, like Rosie, I like the Trifolium.

I am expecting to feed 16 people this weekend, and also clean the caravan and make up beds there. I have to drive four to the station 7 miles away and collect in the evening. These are the family who are going to London for the day. I have to check a flying forum too. It is all go now.
I can't wait until I can get out into the garden.

thanks Cherry We had a fun night at puppy training, Dylan did quite well, although the recall exercise needs a lot of working on, he was too interested in what everyone else was doing ;D It must have worn him out, he's still asleep

Wake him up! You want him resting when you go out for lunch, not chewing the legs of chairs or doorstops.

That is really good Grindle.
This is my very busy day doing the pilots' meals and with family visiting too it is unreal. I had to leave it all and go to the chiropractor yesterday as my back was on the way down to stop. However, a twisted knee was getting worse and I have had two cartileges 'washed out' with arthroscopy. I was a mess. 'Was' because it has been sorted out now in minutes. The knee was particularly clever as it is free now and good for the first time in four weeks. If I work too hard this weekend during the course, I must go back on Monday for a short session.
