I think he might be doing something for the Battle of Britain anniversary, I've seen a replica there before but I'm not sure if this is the same one, they fly at the airport when they have aviation days etc., they're about 80% of the full size I think.

The Goodyear Blimp is based at Wolverhampton and goes around the shows.
The Spitfire is an ex-Australian, now American, kit and this is probably an 80% replica. They also do a 90% 2 seater version which is available in this country.
I actually went to this factory in Brisbane and it was disgusting. I was desperate for the toilet, but would not use it. They have moved now. We have bits for this aeroplane, because they were selling them from here at one time.

You should see the spitfires that go to Duxford for the air shows, they are fantastic, it's great when they do the balbo at the end with all the old air craft ;D

You can see that is the two seater, and David can look up the details and owner from the number which you have captured very well.
By the way Sue, everything you said about it was correct. You have a good knowledge of ships, planes and wildlife. Well I could go on with more.

I like looking at the planes but it's the same as I am with boats, I'm not keen on getting in/on one! ;D

I think the really loud noise on the first clip might be a helicopter which was just below us not the Spitfire replica, we were up the control tower at the time. I filmed them on my compact camera which picks up all sorts of odd noises which I'm not aware of at the time.

Just to let you know that my laptop is playing up so badly that I'm going to have to take it in to the repair shop for a good going over. I can log on to the PC occasionally, but OH uses it for his work and finances etc, so I can't get on very often.
I haven't deserted GF. I hope they can sort it out, but obviously I don't know how long they'll take.
