Thankyou Esther and Steve. I did them Steve's way using the Ctrl C and V. I have never noticed the Ctrl before. I really must go and have lessons.
I found the stuffing recipe which I searched for at Christmas. I made another one which was not nearly as good.

Thankyou Esther and Steve. I did them Steve's way using the Ctrl C and V. I have never noticed the Ctrl before. I really must go and have lessons. When you are using a program like 'Word', have a look when you use one of the pull down menus, beside the command for example Copy, you will see Ctrl+C, these are quick keys, if you learn a new one every time you work on the computer you will soon pick all the basic ones up. You already know copy and paste Copy Ctrl+C Paste Ctrl+V Save Ctrl+S Undo Ctrl+Z Print Ctrl+P

I'll copy them all tonight, it wont take long if I do it on my desktop with a mouse. They will all be saved, then if any are wanted in the future they wont be lost.

I've just noticed that Esther an Cherry have already rescued a lot of them. It is fairly quick to do, it's a shame Ctrl+A doesn't work selectively.
That is another useful one Cherry. if you click on text and press Ctrl+A it highlights all the text.

All the recipies on the old forum have been copied and saved, only 50 pages worth I know a lot have been put on here already. I'm not going to put them here but they are safe in case they are wanted. There are some good ones.

Thankyou WF. I do remember there are some awful ones too and I must say I like recommended recipes where the contributor has used and liked them. It is good to know you have them.

TIP:
Any members posting favourite recipes for us to try, please put a title before the ingredients list and method. then, for those with smartphones/tablets, you can take a photo to save you writing the recipe out. Once it is on your one the recipe can be sent to your computer, shared with friends on Whatsapp or just kept in your gallery for when you need quick reference to it.
Just a thought.
