Just a thought? (some might have done this already)
There were some popular recipes on the old boring forums, you could copy and paste them over

I have done one and it is now stuck in the mouse and I can't get rid of it. How do I paste? I am really getting fed up and would be quicker typing it out.

That does not work. I still paste the original recipe when I right hand click.
I blue the recipe in the old forum, then right click and right click in new forum when it says paste. Is that right? My son would help but he is out to dinner. Not a good look helping silly mummy with this.

Yep that is right but if having mouse trouble hold Ctrl and press C on the blue text then to paste hold down Ctrl and press V it does work
