The kids eat every last bit if the veg is out of ours or my parents garden . Even Elliot who usually doesn't like mash his face lit up he couldn't get enough .

The farmer gave me Saxons today. They are new to me. I have been given loads of beetroot pulled this morning too. Fresh carrots with their tops have come my way. Nice.

Grew them last year but they didn't get to the size you see them in the shops, I think they need a long hot summer, what we got was nice though
