I'll have to have a bash with the video function on my camera....did I mention I have a new camera? You might have mentioned the new camera once or twice ;D My camera is the same as your old one, a Sony Cybershot (unless there are loads of different Cybershots ). I was surprised at how good the film was for a little camera. It does get very compressed when you upload it to utube but you still get the general idea. A two minute clip is about 48MB

I think this is such a good way of 'seeing' gardens, and thank you Wf for showing us yours - I really enjoyed the tours.
I'd like to learn how to use 'Youtube' too. Is it difficult?

YouTube is very easy, if you can use photobucket or similar, you can use YouTube.
I had a bit more of a play today, the zoom on the camera does not work in movie format but poking the camera right up to a plant does.
I made this one for Cherry, it is of my fern bed

Oh look at that! The Cortusa is not supposed to be in flower, but some have gone a bit funny. Now for anyone wondering why this is for me it is because when I got fed up pricking out the Cortusa, I sent the remaining seedlings which had not long germinated to WF, and she then had all the work of pricking out. I hoped they would be useful for selling and that one on the video is certainly a good plant. It is in the right place too.

I don't use Photobucket, Wf. I just have my photo files in the laptop. If I took videos with my camera, could I load them onto Youtube somehow?

To post a photo on the forum you must upload them to something, YouTube is no different.
Cherry, I have a number of my seedlings coming into flower, aren't they pretty?

I was trying to get the spotted flycatchers but they were just too fast so I filmed the garden from above, the garden stayed still ;D
