I used to be a member of this project, but left when they had a pruning demonstration in a nearby village which would have suited me, but I did not feel confident enough to attend on my own. That made me realize that I was getting nothing out of it. They should be able to put you in touch with your nearby project, or see what they charge. They did identify all my apples, and sent away one which they could not identify here. www.applesandorchards.org.uk/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=170&Itemid=58

I eventually chose Suttons as the best deal.....some companies wanted a min order of £25...some charged a reasonable price for the tree but a small fortune for postage.......I got one for under £24, including the postage ;D
