Have double black hellebore alongside red spotted white hellebore emerging. Hopefully...with bulbs and bowles golden grass there I will have a decent picture to show in couple of weeks Thalictrum Splendide White arrived yesterday, a few Gaura Papillion due today......the dwarfer, more compact form.....that I will plant in my nephew's garden. sowed hordeum jubatum .....a beautiful grass akin to tennuissima but with amazing subtle purple, pink and cream flowers

CONFESSION !!... lol Went onto Dibleys site to order some new Streps. Ahem....didn't get that far as I got my eye on the Saintpaulias...not had any for years and just got a couple at the local GC a few weeks ago. There are some gorgeous varieties now....needless to say I didn't get round to ordering Streps. Perhaps next time....

The Dibleys Saintpaulias are gorgeous although I've only got one at the mo, called Bob Serbin, burgundy with a white edge. So much easier than Streps!

I was passing the 'clearance' section in Bents the other day & ended up buying a ceonothus reduced from £12.99 to £3.75, I think it was because it was labelled Autumn something which had been crossed out, obviously must have turned out not to be that variety, they had a lot of them so must have just decided to cut their losses & get rid of them. Bit wet & cold for ceonothus here so I may try it in a pot on the patio where it will catch the sun.

Bought a pot of mums in Homebargains, all different colours, and I hope to plant them in individual pots after the flowers finish, and grow them on in a shelter.
