Glad you added some colour Rosie. They are lovely. You just wanted us to admire your piccies at the back really. Is that an orchid? I am looking after one for my neighbour while she is in Australia and I worried at the loss of two leaves, but realize now that it is making a move with buds and shed them naturally. What is yours doing? Just so I can feel better.

Some daffodils here been opening since Christmas. No pic as I haven't yet figured out how to use the new camera I am very pleased you got a new camera Sweetpea. That should stop you making excuses. By the way, I have not figured mine out and it is three or four years old. ;D ;D We must have the same Luddite mentality then JenThe old braincells can't cope with all this new technology.

Your honeysuckle is way ahead of mine, which is in that vase too. I shall have a good look around tomorrow, but can't match your garden. Lovely as usual Geranium.

But i do remember others shedding old leaves The old picture is my 2 brothers in the 50's, they look like ragamuffins ;D ;D The other is Graham and i when we got married, he makes me look really short ;D ;D

Rosie, can you remember which variety of hyacinths you bought? I think mine might be 'Jan van Bos', but I'm not sure. Thank you Cherry for your kind comment. The two smaller pots in the porch almost got swept away in the flood - I had to rescue them, as they were actually floating!
