I bet I was up, Cherry! My Hellebores are all starting to flower - such a pleasure. This one is in the middle-sized blue pot. It seems to like it there!

That is truly beautiful Geranium. It is completely untouched and must have come up quickly to miss the weather. (You know what I mean.)

Lovely to see some flowers appearing again I saw my first daffodils on my way to work this morning just below a devon bank, they must have been very sheltered to be out so early

Nice to see some signs of life in the gardens. I haven't looked very closely in ours but I have noticed some tiny bulb shoots which must be crocus & still have quite a few violas, pansies, cyclamen & primula in flower in the pots & baskets.

You are ahead of me then Sue. I have not got new shoots, but I did pick a nice vase of winter sticks and buds yesterday.

Les, does your Hamamelis always flower so early? I have two - and they're still in bud. It's a lovely colour. Thanks, Cherry - the pots were above the flood line. I still don't know if being drowned will have affected any of my plants. I'm going to send a question in to GA today - or even try AG if Steve hasn't got all the letter space!

It did flower early last year but I can not remember which month it was, this year it's the best it's ever been Geranium.
