Your little euphorbia looks lovely Steve, I've got the big thuggish one, I think it's 'robbiae'. My arum italicum isn't as tidy looking as yours either but I love the markings on them. Here's a pic. of my hippeastrum Liberty ( it was free via G.N. mag., I think someone else on here has one, maybe Louise or Lesley?) Also one of my striped crocus, just noticed a fluffy seed stuck to it. Last one is one of the pots of violas & bulbs.

Yes Lesley, both completely hardy. The Euphorbia is completely unharmed by the continuous cold last December (unlike the shrubby ones in the front garden!). Arum very hardy too.

Sue, that Hippeastrum is absolutely spectacular!
The arum is in a relatively sheltered spot near my garage wall but otherwise it has been untouched, including the minus ones or twos these last couple of nights.

Well that stopped the flowering of the Crocus in its tracks Scotkat. Still looks very pretty.

Your crocuses look lovely peeping through the snow Kath but I don't envy you the cold & ice that comes with it!

This Arum italicum 'Pictum' always looks good at this time of year. Steve, I love this plant and have it in a couple of places in the garden, and would like more. Can it be lifted and divided, and when could this be done?

More plants in flower: My second Amaryllis is in full bloom. It's called 'Picotee'. It has a very fine red line round each petal. In the garden, my Erysimums are just beginning to flower. This one is 'Rysi Bronze'. I have an unusual bulb which is now in flower - Ornithogalum balansae. And last but not least - one of my Hepaticas has survived and produced four flowers! ;D
